Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing and delivery before contacting us regarding delays.

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping carrier. While we will assist where possible, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or missing packages caused by the shipping company.

If your order is confirmed as lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, you may also reach out to us, and we will do our best to support you.

We are responsible for ensuring your order is properly processed and handed over to the shipping provider.
